The crusher consists of :

• Rigid constructions with high speed hammer blades crushing/pulverising the fed fruit/vegetables.

• SS304 rotor with serrated blades for crushing of products mounted on SS304 shaft.

• The twin pulper is an advanced second generation version of pulper incorporating turbo-expelling technology thus ensuring higher yield - low wastage.

• The twin stage pulper ensures double stage pulping and refining of the pulp from various fruits. Consists of 2 pulping drums mounted on basic frame of MS/SS FRAME.

• Ist stage of pulper is fitted with coarse sieve suitable for pulping/deseeding of the fruit.

• The coarse deseeded pulp received from the 1st stage then flows into the 2nd stage pulper which is fitted with fine sieve of 1/36” or 1/48” sieve which ensures the pulp extracted is refined.

The contact parts are made of stainless steel AISI-304.the basic main frame is made of mild steel and is duly painted with rust resistant paint.

• After the fruits are fed in the infeed hopper, the skin and seeds of the fruit is ejected from the other side after extraction of the pulp.

• The fruit is subjected to high speed rotation brushing/food grade strap assembly against an SS sieve which helps in separation of the seed/skin from the pulp.

• The total pulping section is of 24” length.

• The machine is fitted one removable SS sieve and one set of Nylon Brushes/Scrapper Blades.

• The machine is fitted with 1 HP motor.

• Capacity of the pulper is 300-500 kg/hr input fruit.

• Suitable to extract paste from hard vegetable like ginger/garlic/onion etc.

• Cut/sliced vegetable pieces are fed into hopper which pulverizes and grinds at high rotation of grinding head.

• The machine is incorporates SS grinder blades with unique design of fixed grated blades with high speed rotating blades.

• The unique feature of the machine is that the grinding head is water jacketed to facilitate low temperature of the grinding head while the grinding process. Thus ensuring high quality of the material and avoids loss of natural pungency /flavor /color losses.

• The low temperature pulverizes works on high speed RPM of 3500 thus ensuring highly fibrous/hard vegetable gets evenly grinded.

• The grinder head is fitted with removable mesh which can be interchanged into sieve of different mesh sieve sizes to match the desired consistency of final product.

Technical Specification :

• The machine incorporates latest spiral screw based design for juice extraction which ensures high yield juice recovery without making it bitter/Increasing the temperature juice extractor.

• The machine works on a continuous extraction principle. The crushed hard fruits/peeled citrus fruits are fed from in feed hopper and the machine extracts the juice continuously while the residue is ejected from the end.

• The sizes of the troughs of the spiral rod get smaller as the material goes more inward. The juice is then extracted to the storage container through the SS sieve.

• The machine screw pressure can be duly adjusted depending upon the hardness of the fruit being fed.

• This ensures that even juice from the citrus fruits can be extracted without breaking the seeds and there is no bittering of the juice extracted from oranges, bitter orange, peeled lemons etc.

• The machine is easy to use and clean after use.

Technical Specification :

• Suitable to extract juice from hard crushed fruits like pineapple/apple/awla under low temperature (Cold Pressing).

• The crushed fruits are collected with a hydraulic cloth and then stacked between wooden racks.

• After the hydraulic cloth/rack are stacked, the hydraulic pump crates 40/50T pressure which results in extraction of juice.

• The hydraulic juice press is refortified with a hydraulic juice power-pack which crates the appropriate pressure for extracts of juice without increasing temperature of the juice.

• The equipment is fitted with pressure control & manual pressure switch for controlling the pressure/operation of machine to repulate the yield/juice Extractor.
