Suitable for slicing & chopping of various vegetables like carrots, potatoes ginger, chilly.
This equipment is most suitable for pickle production units/IQF/central kitchens where vegetable are to be cut into various shapes and sizes.
The machine is very versatile and interchangeable to various cut sizes.
The machine is simple and sturdy in design and easy to cleanup and maintain.
The vegetable to be chopped are first fed through a slicing head which would produce slices of the different thickness from 1.5mm-10mm.
The sliced vegetables are then conveyed on to the chopping section. The intermittent chopping action produces slices into strip cuts/cubes/uniform crinkle cuts.
The speed of the conveying belt & chopping action of the blades can be varied to produce different cut sizes. The chopping blade can be interchanged with cubing/chopping blade.
